Key to understand body language

Body Language

Body language is the term for the nonverbal cues you employ to express your thoughts and intentions. Your posture, your facial expressions, and your hand movements are all part of it.
You can pick up on others' hidden problems, silent issues, or unpleasant feelings through being able to read and interpret body language. Additionally, you can use it constructively to strengthen your spoken statements.
Body language that is unfavourable includes:

• Arms folded in.

• A tense expression on the face.

• Your body was turned aside.

• Lack of eye contact

Using good body language involves:

• Wide-open posture (arms unfolded).

• A straight back.

• A smile and an open expression on the face.

• Arms at the sides, hanging loosely.

• Consistent eye contact.
